These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between Zedgarm (hereinafter referred to as "Zedgarm," "we," "our," or "us") and its users (each, a "User," "you," or "your"), governing your access to and use of all features, content, and other services provided by Zedgarm through zedgram.com (the "Services").

  • ( d ) Remove, alter, or conceal any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice or legend displayed on the Services.

  • ( e ) Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related or technical features or protocols of the Services.

  • ( f ) Create derivative works of the Services or use the Services to develop any service or product that competes with the Services.

  • ( g ) Publish or transmit any virus, malware, spyware, or similar malicious content intended to damage or disrupt the Services.

  • ( i ) Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Services' infrastructure or interferes with the integrity or proper operation of the Services.

  • ( j ) Use the Services to infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate any law.

  • ( k ) Use the Services or any part thereof for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

2.3 User Responsibility

    • Content exploiting or abusing children.

    • Offensive language or images that violate the rights or harm the safety of others.

    • Illegal or counterfeit goods.

    • Content contradicting scientific consensus during a major health crisis.

Violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of your Account.

3. Minors

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from your parent or guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zedgarm.

  • Any breach of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to the Services.

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you.
